Bus Information

The Assumption College School Bus Service has been tendered to Seymour Passenger Services Pty. Ltd.

To access the service in 2010, we have the following documents available for download

For Assumption College and St Patrick's Primary School Document Package download here.

Kilmore International School and Kilmore Primary School, please contact the Bus Coordinator at Assumption College Voice: 5782 1422.

It is critical that families register by the due date of Friday, 16th October, 2009. Your timely reply allows us to best address the needs of students in terms of bus runs and time schedules, and any variations which may be required. To the contrary, late submissions can cause considerable difficulty in co-ordinating the service, and as such, a late payment fee of $ 50.00 will be charged (unless there are extenuating circumstances) and a seat will not be guaranteed. The College reserves the right not to accept all applications and, in particular, will not be able to support families in the provision of bus travel if the application form is not completed.

Please note, on the application form we have asked you to indicate if your child/children suffer from any medical condition (e.g. Diabetes, Asthma, Epilepsy). The purpose of this information is to ensure that the Bus Driver is aware of any condition that may impact whilst the child is travelling on the bus.

To apply, the bus application form must be completed, you must acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions in the Code of Conduct, and a deposit for the total of the first instalment must be forwarded with the application. Where eligible, the Application for Conveyance Allowance form must also be completed and returned to the school where the child will be attending in 2010 (bus passes will be forwarded to students early in the new year). All students must also sign to indicate they have read or have had explained, the terms and conditions of the Bus Code of Conduct.

The deposit will be the first of three instalments for the year’s service. We look forward to working with you in supporting both the primary and secondary education of our young people in Catholic education.

Yours sincerely,

Joseph Feery
